Residences at a Glance

There are eight residences in the building at 286 Grand Avenue. All have beach/ocean front decks and share ownership of the private beach. There are four one story and four two story residences, each of which have 2 deeded parking spaces and share the use of an elevator from the beach area and parking under the building to the entrance levels. Each of the eight floor plans is unique and range in size from 1551 to 3144 square feet with one, two and three bedroom designs. All include fine interiors with hardwood floors, crown molding, bead board wainscoting, fireplace, granite kitchen countertops and marble bathroom vanity. Selected units have a 2nd floor loft and an additional room for a media center, library or office. A fine dining restaurant is next door for your enjoyment.
